The Final Session of Walk 2 Run 2017 Has Begun!

Join our FREE Walk2Run program where you will train, over 9 weeks, to run for 30 continuous minutes. You will start off walking more, running less, and each week you will increase your running and decrease your walking.  All runs start at our store in Hoffman Estates.  At the end of the 9 weeks your goal is to run for 30 min. and sign up for an optional 5k to celebrate your achievement! This program is for beginners and any age is welcome, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. All runs originate from our store and meet at 6:30pm Wednesdays.  Walk 2 Run Dates for 2017 are as follows:

One of the great things about Walk 2 Run is all the information we bring to you from our partners. We have demos or talks scheduled for almost every session. More will be added, but a set schedule for the year is as follows:

  • Juice Plus: June 7th, August 9th and October 4th
  • Inertia Health: May 31st (along with a Feetures Socks Demo), August 2nd, and September 27th
  • Barrington Orthopedic: June 14th, August 16th and October 11th
